 Policies Overview
Customer ApprovalsOnce your design has been digitized and sewn out, we will either mail you the sew-out or you can come in for any last minute changes. We will not sew any garments before we have the final approval on the design. If you tell us to go ahead without seeing the design then we will not be held responsible for the final product.
Our policy on clothing supplied by the customer:
We understand that there are times that you, the customer, will desire clothing we cannot source. Unlike most embroidery shops we provide the service of embroidering garments you bring to us. However we have several policies governing that service:
- That you, the customer, take the risk of a garment being damaged in production. We will not replace garments destroyed by needle breakage.
- That the embroidery pricing will be based on shop time versus stitch count for goods not supplied by ADME INC. Shop time will include the set up and any folding or bagging or unpacking.
- The customer is responsible for all tracking, delivery, color & dye lots, sizing & condition of clothing sent to ADME. We only accept clean clothing.
- We will not sew any garment that may cause damage to our machines. Fire retardant materials or fabrics with a surface treatment do not sew well.
Expected Production Times
Normal production time is two weeks most of the year, around the holidays it climbs to four weeks weeks. Rush service is always available and "Emergency Embroidery Service (EES)", which is one of our specialties, is available contingent on clothing availability, our current production schedule, and the customers ability to get artwork to us and make rapid decisions. All EES service is paid in full before any work starts.
Corporate Logo embroidery is one of our specialties. All we need is artwork which can be relayed to us by email, fax, snail mail , or in person. As our past customers can attest shipping can be anywhere in the world from Hong Kong to Hoboken!
